1. What is Mint Inspect ?
Mint Inspect is an iPhone Inventory App, which enables property owners, agents and asset managers to inspect properties within minutes and create timestamped photographic PDF inspection reports.
2. Are the reports legally binding?
Yes. All photographs taken using the App are automatically time-stamped and therefore would provide strong evidence in an event of any major damage / dispute, or for insurance claims.
3. I am a tenant and my landlord refuses to pay for an inventory report, can I use this App to prepare a report for myself?
Absolutely. Take clear and detailed photographs of any area of concerns at the time you move in. This will protect you from any messy disputes and arguments in the future.

For example, the photo of the toilet bowl shows heavy limescale buildup when the tenant moved out, compared to the photos of the toilet bowl when the tenants moved in.
